Cleveland-Style Polka is a derivation of the classical European "Polka" combining the lyrics of the old world with the beat of the Post-W.W. II world. This old and new world music creates a fast moving tempo and toe-tapping beat, where the old and new coexist in a harmonious rhythm. The club responds to this dynamism with a segmented, shifted wall, collecting and redirecting the energy of the surroundings. Translucent on one side opaque on the other, the fragmented poche create a wonderful play of light and views. The stairway mediates the two-sided fracture, an analogy of postwar Cleveland and the birth of a new music style.
